AU REVOIR

There are seasons for everything and you may have noticed that the Castle Well has not been meeting for quite a number of months. We were more of an adhoc (largely musical) gathering of like minded believers than an official "Church Plant" and so for us to move on to other pastures in no way represents a defeat but simply a moving on of the cloud of the Holy Spirit in our different lives. Ciaran and Anthony maintain regular contact as do most of those who attended the gatherings. I write this to officially wrap up this blog. I will leave it up for a few months so any stray "flotsem and jetsem" followers can see this "au revoir" message. If you are there scratching your head wondering where next to go on the web might I recommend Pilgrim Talk, a weekly 15 minute podcast by myself and David O'Rourke talking about what it means to be a Christian in 21st century Ireland. ON THE MOVE (SOUNDS GOOD!)

This coming Sunday (20-5-12) we are joining up with City Gates Church in Bray (11am). A month later on 17-6-12 meeting is in Anthony's house 17 Londonbridge Road at 11am. Who knows what baking might hop out of the oven?! What to expect from the meeting? An encouraging time and a touch from Father God!

GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME

Last month we disappeared to the depths of County Meath to join up with Ola and Grace and their church in Trim. We heard a wonderful testimony of how exactly a year prior Jesus raised up their son Mighty who had drowned in a pool. Many of the neighbours witnessed this yet it appears few if any have turned to the Lord as a result. We truly need an outpouring on this nation (See Isaiah 64 for more details on that!). This month we meet not in Killiney but in Sandymount at 17 Londonbridge Road at 11am. Come as we cry, plead, worship, rejoice, listen and hopefully continue to be lead by the Wonderful Holy Spirit. God is good all the time!

Chris Rowe Evangelist to Speak

For many it might seem like a blast from the past to hear Chris Rowe speak but let me assure you with full confidence that it would represent a blast into the future also! At our next Castle Well gathering on Sunday week 19 February Chris will be speaking and although there may be few reasons to leave a warm bed on a Sunday morning this, ladies and gentlemen, is one! I recent did an interview with Chris on the Pilgrim Talk podcast (see at right hand side). Come and be blessed at 1030.

ALIEN LIFE DISCOVERED!

The SETI Institute have been looking for a long time for intelligent life from out of this Earth and now I can announce...the search is over (even if they don't know it!). There is a people who are truly Aliens in this world. They do not conform to the patterns of this world even though they look like normal people. It would be scary if their intention was evil but thankfully it is good.  These people are filled with the Spirit of their Creator and they possess eternal life even thought their bodies fade and die like all others. A small group of these aliens are gathering next sunday (15 January 2012) at 1030 in Suite 8 of Fitzpatrick's Killiney Castle Hotel in Dublin and if you were to turn up you would be virtually guaranteed of a positive life changing encounter.
